This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines prohibited activities and content standards for all users of Quest ("Quest," "we," "our," or "us"), an AI-assisted dating and connection platform featuring our AI matchmaker, Rumi. Violations of this Policy may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Quest. By creating an account or accessing our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Quest reserves the right to verify your age and to terminate accounts belonging to users who do not meet this requirement.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Quest:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment, threats, bullying, abuse, or intimidation of any user
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent AI safety measures (including Rumi)
• Spamming, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitation
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Exploiting the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Sharing others' personal information without their consent
• Any activity that interferes with the service's operation

4. Content Standards

Users must not post or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Contains hate speech or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Is fraudulent, false, or intentionally misleading
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains private information of others (addresses, phone numbers, financial info)
• Promotes illegal substances or activities
• Includes images of minors

5. AI-Specific Rules

Quest's AI matchmaker, Rumi, is designed to facilitate meaningful connections. The following rules apply specifically to your interactions with Rumi and our AI systems:

• Do not attempt to manipulate Rumi into generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Do not use Rumi's outputs to harm, deceive, or manipulate other users
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts or proprietary information from Rumi

6. Enforcement

Quest takes violations of this Policy seriously. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning to the offending user
• Removing content that violates this Policy
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent ban from the platform

Quest may cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of our users. Quest may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any behavior or content that violates this Policy, please report it through our in-app reporting features or by contacting us at support@thequestapp.co. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

Quest may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the revised Policy on our website or within the app. Your continued use of Quest after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
