Delete your account

How to delete your Quest account and data. Quest is made by Quest App, Inc.

In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Settings is the gear on the You tab.
Can’t open the app?: Email support@thequestapp.co with the phone number or email on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.
What we delete: Your content, photos, and account, 14 days after you ask. Face data from your photos within 30 days.
What we keep: A few records for safety, fraud prevention and legal duties, such as safety reports, a reported conversation’s messages (one year, or longer if the law requires), and a one-way code so someone you reported can’t reach you again.
