Child safety standards

How Quest keeps children safe. Quest is made by Quest App, Inc.

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Our standards
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). A child is anyone under 18. No one may share, ask for or create child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualize a child, or contact a child to exploit them. No photos of children, including your own childhood photos.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Quest. We ask your birthday at sign-up; if you’re under 18, you can’t join.
How to report
In a chat, tap ⋯ → Report and pick Underage or the closest reason. You can also reach us from Settings → Safety resources → Contact support, or email support@thequestapp.co.
What we do
Our team reviews every report. We remove CSAM and ban the account that shared it, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as the law requires. We remove any account that belongs to someone under 18.
The law
We comply with child-safety laws and work with law enforcement when the law requires.
